Mason County Run

County Complete
When I arrived at the lake my phone was only charged to 37%. I took a little 20 min break to let my phone charge. I didn't want to lose my phone halfway through the run. I've found when you don't have great reception it drains your battery quick. However, it was fine and I only used 10% of the battery on this run.

So many deer tracks on the start of this run on the east side of the lake.
Great little creek. Scared two ducks out of this area, but again not fast enough to get pictures!
Such a cool forest area. Loved seeing not many houses around this lake.
Saw a very young man riding a motorcycle on the left side of the road here. He waved at me.

Northwest side of the lake. Found some birds in this area and tried to get photos but those birds were quick and I didn't get any great photos.
West side of the lake.
Western most corner ahead. I just loved the forest area, it looked like great wildlife area, and I heard many many animals running for cover.
Small side road on the southwest corner of the lake.
Heading East of the Southern most stretch. Ended up walking a bit of this because my 5k was finished.
On the ride home. This one took a little out of me, but loved seeing the area for the first time!
Great Design Plan to run the county for this website

No real plan, but I found a lake that was about a 5k around. This lake was on the east side of the county, and I was in Reed City earlier in the day. I started a job today, and I am happy to be employed again. Things are looking up! I didn’t get the job in Georgia. I am disappointed because it seemed like a good company and a great group of people, but the new team I am on is impressive so far… more details to come.
